Greeting Folks,
Some time ago I acquired an old Rem 1100 to have for my camper. I have been looking for a collapsible
stock with a pistol grip. Yes, I know the 1100 bolt return spring is in the stock but I am in hopes that someone has or is making a stock that collapses two or three inches to make the stock a little better for storage in the camper......The one other thing I need is to have the pistol grip... I would be happy to get any information on locating one. Thanks in advance for your help.......
Have fun,
buckshot

Try looking up how they have done the Remington autoloader shockwave. I believe that they are using a shortened recoil spring and tube which could possibly work for you

The Shockwave is based on the V3 action which does not have the recoil spring in the butt stock.
What could have happened... did.

OK thanks for that! Blown one of my future plans out of the water but good to know anyway.

Return to Remington Model 1100
