Im looking to put a new stock on my 12g 11-87 and im not sure exactly what my options are. Id like to find a shorter length of pull synthetic stock if possible to replace my wood furniture.

I just wanted to know if a 20g stock would work on a 12g (i dont know if they are dimensionally the same mounting points)? Also, do 1100 stocks work on the 11-87?

I was looking at a 20g youth stock but theres no returns if i buy it and wanted to ask first.

Thanks in advance for an info.

12 and 20 gauge are not interchangeable. Receiver and mag tube are different sizes.
Somebody made/makes a 12 gauge "youth" sized stock. Can't remember who at the moment.
What could have happened... did.

Remington makes 12-GA "youth" models and the stock sets are available, but may only be in their laminate-versions.

The wood stock on it is still excellent. I just dont like wood furniture. Thats why im looking for synthetic. Hell, id even trade out my wood set for a good urbino stock, or maybe something else synthetic.
