I forgot to mention. I have shot 400 rounds through my RM380 and not one malfunction.

Mlb78, I owe you an apology. I completely forgot about taking your picture until I checked the forum today at work. Judging from the pictures you put up, your barrel is a little worse than my replacement barrel but not that much. I will try to post up a pic when I get a chance. If it is accurate and functions reliably then I wouldn't worry about it to much.

Wow! I had the same problem and they sent my RM380 back with another barrel withe SAME problem. After 2 phone calls they tell me it's a common problem with the barrels and they WON'T fix it. Good for you though! I guess they're broke and have to cut corners.
