It's been pretty quiet here in Gettysburg since the Reb Army moved off, but this being conservative RKBA and hunting country, Remington is virtually a household word here. I have a lot of experience with Remington shotguns and rifles over the years--870, 1100, 700, Seven, to be specific. I just discovered and joined this board after purchasing my first Remington pistol, an R51 Gen 2. Still working out a few kinks but thought this might be the place to learn from others' experience.

Welcome BlackJack. Glad to see you are a big Rem fan. Own an 1100 and a 84 built Model 700 that has served me well in my hunts in the Westfield area of Pa. Glad I bought during the era of High polish bluing and walnut when they were in the $350 range.LOL My 1100 TB is a keeper I plan to pass to my son. Was in Gettysburg myself in late August. Great trip and that Cyclorama was fantastic Welcome aboard.
