Heirloom polymer trigger...?

Fascinating. I didn't get my notice by email but by a telephone voice mail. The message didn't even say who was calling, just call this number and ask about ticket #XXXXX. If I hadn't seen on here this was going on I would have just erased the voice mail.

Luckily I didn't, and called the number. I was asked who I was etc. and they finally said "It is about your R51. Where do you want it sent?" Told them I would call my gunsmith and have him fax info.

Now, how long before it shows up?

I just talked with Remington and was told to expect my new R51 in about a week. GunsAmerica Weekly has an article about it today also. The eblast has started. GA also reiterated that WE who have been waiting for so long are going to be the first to receive the new pistols. When they start being received, make sure to post your comments about the changes and your range experiences.

Just got a call from my FFL dealer telling that my R51 replacement had arrived. Only took 2 years 2 months to get it replaced.

Mine has been 27 months...
