I see today where Remington has extended the $75 rebate starting Jan 1st thru May 31st of this year. Unlike the previous program, it looks like this time it excludes the Enhanced and Carry models. Still, not a bad deal.

Thanks for the heads up sir...

I'm not having any luck "tracking" mine (submitted mid December). Hope it didn't get lost! |

Jim, Remington should have e-mailed you a confirmation with a tracking number. I pre-registered on-line, then mailed in the rebate form with documentation about the mid-Dec 2015 time frame for some Ultimate Defense ammo. I check it daily and so far Remington says they have me pre-registered and are still waiting for the paperwork. Not to worry. I've done a few of these with Remington in the past and they have always turned out well.

This post is not about a rebate extension, but I think it's important enough to share. I got an e-mail from Remington today and I see that the R1 rebate has a nice added twist. They've added another $25 to the rebate to make it $100. Still good only for the R1, R1S and Commander. Valid thru April 30, 2016.

Is the rebate thru the end of April or May?
|
|
The rebate ends May 31, 2016, and I do believe the rebate paperwork itself has to be postmarked by June 25, 2016.
