I got a new to me 700 in 338 Winchester Magnum, its an 80's BDL, any advice on it, it has a muzzle brake on it, its prudy, and sadly the mobile forum won't let me attach pics lol

I own one in 7mm Rem Mag from 1980 too...but NO muzzle break.

Damn shame...I would have liked to see a few pictures...

forgot i had this post, in my other post i mentioned the Remmy was a 700, BDL from 1988, it is missing the hood on the front sight and is ceracoated, synthetic stock, needs the receiver plugs or a set of bases, its a nice rifle, im excited to shoot her, but also nervous HAHAHAH
