I collect exotic ammo in .45acp caliber as a side hobby...

I suppose Ammo made in Ireland is Exotic :D

The factory closed many years ago. So it now is also antique ;)

hey Tack... the factory that closed, was it in Ireland or the UK !?

They were made in Ireland buy IMI under Licence from Eley Hawk.

Earls Island Galway has not produced ammo in years

Gotcha...

I've purchased 2500 rounds of their Tenex Ultimate EPS rounds back in 2010 that is quite excellent out of my Marlin bolt action rifle and Browning Buckmark pistol.

Tenex is amazingly accurate .22lr ammo.

I used to own a Circa 1954 BRNO .22lr and she sang when fed Tenex

Only Collected ammo I own is a box of Savage 30-06 that was purchased at Montgomery Ward for $3.85, receipt with the ammo. I shoot the rest.
