Hello folks
I picked up a RM 380 Friday and stopped by the range.
70 rounds of ball ammo 3 different brands no failures of any type.
Trigger breaks at the very end of its travel almost like it's not going to happen I don't care for that aspect at all.
Extension on the mag was too long for me so I made it shorter and now I like the feel of the gun
Accurate enough. Easier to shoot than the LCP
Also wider than LCP. Weight loaded 16 ounces.
I like it so far except the trigger break.

Welcome, incubus.

The trigger on the RM380 is not like your "normal" trigger. It is more like a Kahr trigger. It does take getting used to. The long trigger pull is also seen as a safety feature in that it takes a conscious effort to fire the gun making it less likely that you may fire the gun in a high stress situation. That said, the trigger pull is very smooth and breaks sharply. You will have no problems once you get used to it. It just takes practice. You will enjoy your RM380.

Hello
I have 2 kahr 9mm and I really like the triggers.
I will have to get used to the RM380 it's a bit different.
The size is great for me. Light recoil.
Regards
Mike

I purchased the RM 380 on the advise of the gun salesman (duh). It is very easy to rack the slide so this was it's prime selling point for me. I took it to the range and found the trigger pull just too long for me.
I'm older with some arthritis in my trigger finger and have long, slim fingers. Getting the trigger all the way back was stressful. I kept waiting for the big boom. At one point I had to use two fingers to pull the trigger. I wonder if there is a way to shorten the pull? I like everything else about the little gun. Patty
