Hello all, I would like to know if anyone here has changed the front sight bead on a 1100. Mine is pinned and I don't know if is threaded or pressed in. My eyes aren't what they used to be and I want to put a fiber optic front sight in its place
Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure about the front sight being threaded or "pressed"...

All I can say is be careful, I ruined the bead on my 870 trying to remove what I thought was a threaded bead. It was pressed in and I literally twisted it off leaving just a sharp nub. DOH!!
